Role & responsibilities:
- Develop social media strategies and content plans in collaboration with the Social Media Head and clients.
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages.
- Engage with the audience, foster brand loyalty, and drive conversations.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Monitor social media metrics and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as copywriters and designers, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices for social media compliance.
