The Account Planner plays a critical role in understanding client needs, developing marketing strategies, and supporting client servicing activities within the marketing agency. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.

- Proposal development and Client contracts development.
- Client communication that includes (Follow up & feedback-loop).
- Project handover & Source archiving.
- Conduct research and try to acquire new clients from different sectors.
- Conduct research and gather data to inform strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance.
