Job description:
The Event Planner focuses on the detailed planning and coordination of events. They work closely with clients to understand their requirements and execute the event accordingly.

Role & responsibilities:
- Knowledge of event trends and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with the client or internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Developing event concepts, themes, and design elements.
- Researching and selecting suitable venues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assisting with budget planning and cost estimation.
- Coordinating with the Event Manager and other teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Overseeing event decor, branding, and attendee engagement activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and transportation, catering, decor, audiovisuals, and entertainment
- Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met..
- Prepare event contracts, permits, and licenses.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefings.
- Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting.
