Job description: 

The Planning Manager is a mid-level position focused on generating new business opportunities and expanding the agency's client base. They work closely with the business development team and other stakeholders to identify potential clients and develop strategies to win new business.

  • Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Close deals, secure contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
