The Traffic Manager is responsible for overseeing the traffic and workflow of creative projects within the marketing agency. They ensure that projects are properly assigned, tracked, and delivered on time

Role & responsibilities: 
  • Managing the flow of projects through the agency's creative process.
  • Assigning resources to projects and coordinating with creative teams.
  • Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
  • Communicating project status and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or issues in the workflow.
  • Collaborating with account managers and other stakeholders to prioritize and schedule projects.
  • Maintaining project management systems and tools.
  • Optimizing resource allocation and utilization.
  • Ensuring adherence to project requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
